DR CONGO: Kinshasa vows to 'punish' looting soldiers
As conflict in the eastern DR Congo forced thousands more civilians to seek refuge at UN mission bases this week, the government promised to punish troops who had engaged in pillaging in villages in the Kanyabayonga region.
